The ticket covers admittance to the event.  We have planned heavy appetizers, light desserts and a cash bar.  Bottled beer is $4.00 and wine and rail drinks are $6.00. We will be selling $5.00 discounted drink tickets at the door and in the hospitality suite at the Wingate on the day of the event.

NO outside alcohol is permitted on Riverside's premises due to Virgina ABC regulations.
 
We are working with The Wingate by Wyndham located at 20 Sanford Dr., Fredericksburg, VA, 22406.  They are holding a block of double and king rooms for the discounted price of $97.00.  We have the check-in date as the 10th, however if you want to check-in sooner or stay longer, we have been assured that the hotel will honor the "shoulder rate" for the entire stay.
 
To book a room at the Wingate at this rate you must call them directly  at 540-368-8000 and refer to room block code: CGNS90. You must make your reservations no later than June 10, 2010 to receive this offer. If you are a Wyndham Rewards member, you will be credited for the stay.
 
The Wingate is providing shuttle transport from the hotel to the event and back for their guests.  IF you call to book a room and they say that the block has been depleted, give Brandy Baker a shout and she will get more rooms opened up.
 
There is a Comfort Suites located at 541 Warrenton Rd. Fredericksburg, VA 22406.  We do not have an agreement with, but they are located just in front of the Wingate.  Their direct phone number is 540-322-4700.
 
We will get more information to those out of the area regarding restaurants, conveniences, etc. soon.
 
If you are on Facebook and are a member of the Class Of 1990 group , we ask that you go to the event we have posted and let us know if you think you are coming.  We are trying to get a rough idea as to how many people might come so we can get a feel for budgeting. 
 
We are going to be sending out an Evite as well for the benefit of people not on Facebook.  So if you get an Evite, please don't ignore it. 
 
We will be sending out mailed invitations in enough time to allow those who we have not gotten word to or from to take advantage of the discounted ticket price, but we still need contact info for a LOT of people. PLEASE HELP!!!!
